Jarrod Reeves

Jarrod Reeves has been in the business world for over two decades. Jarrod has held various positions in companies large and small, but they have always had a knack for sales. In their most recent position as CEO of Sunshine School, Jarrod has been able to use their years of experience to help the company grow.

Jarrod started their career in 2003 as a Sales Director for Tiki Enterprises, Inc. Jarrod was responsible for managing the sales operations for the new start up company. Jarrod quickly learned about the emerging market segment and was able to forecast the company's annual sales. Jarrod worked closely with existing customers to provide sales follow up and cross sell additional products/services.

In 2008, Jarrod took on a new challenge as Vice President of Brand Development & Licensing for Outdoor Cap Company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and execution of Outdoor Cap's brand strategy, product architecture, product positioning and innovation strategy. Jarrod also worked with executive leadership to track and measure performance analytics. Jarrod served as point of contact for 40+ brand licensed properties and negotiated contracts, market penetration analytics and brought licensing opportunities to the sales team.

After 12 successful years with Outdoor Cap Company, Jarrod was ready for their next challenge. In 2020, they became the CEO of Sunshine School. Under their leadership, the company has continued to grow and thrive.
