Margaret Pavithran

Margaret Pavithran has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Nursing at Sunshine Terrace Foundation since April 2004. In this role, Margaret oversees survey readiness, quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and coordinates nursing services while also maintaining proficiency in various nursing skills. Previously, Margaret held the position of Head Nurse at Memory Lane, where Margaret was recognized as the 2006 Employee of the Year for directing care for residents and managing staff effectively. Margaret's nursing education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utah State University and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from Weber State University, complemented by a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Utah State University.
