Michael Rickson

Michael Rickson is an experienced HR Manager currently overseeing HR and Recruiting activities for the Sunshine Terrace Foundation, which includes Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Physical Therapy, and Home Hospice Care. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Branch Manager at Ascend Staffing and a Recruiter at Convergys, where activities encompassed the full recruiting process. Earlier experiences include project management in web design at Advent Integrated, regional sales management at Todd Machinery, and project leadership for federal contracts at Red Cedar Enterprises. Michael's career also includes roles in tour guiding and managing complex production processes at RR Donnelley, alongside sales achievements at Nabisco. Michael holds a Master’s degree in International Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and German from Utah State University. Additionally, Michael is OSHA Certified through Ascend University.
