Demetri Galaxidas, CPA, CGA has a strong background in accounting, with experience in various roles at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort. In their current role as Controller, Demetri oversees accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, and financial performance reviews. Demetri also played a key role in implementing a new hotel property management system. Their previous roles included Junior Accountant and Day Audit at the same resort. Prior to their time at Sunshine Village, Demetri worked as an On-Site Coordinator at The Banff Centre. Demetri holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed the CGA Program of Professional Studies.
