The Food and Beverage Operations team at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests both on and off the slopes. This team, led by the Food and Beverage Manager and Senior Sous Chef, curates a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, oversees restaurant service, and ensures that all meals meet high standards of quality and presentation.
