Mary Lyczynski

Mary Lyczynski has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in the role of MDS Coordinator. Mary started their career in 2010 at Hamilton Grove and worked there until 2013. Mary then joined Wellbrooke of South Bend in 2014 and continued their role as an MDS Coordinator until 2015.
