Nica Floyd

Nica Floyd has extensive experience in senior living operations, currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Sunshine Retirement Living since January 2022. Prior roles include General Manager at Canopy Senior Living from September 2021 to February 2022 and Regional Director of Operations at Health Source Management from February 2020 to September 2021. Nica also held the position of Executive Director at both Affinity Living Group (January 2019 - January 2020) and Elmcroft Senior Living (January 2016 - January 2019).
