Tarita Schultz LPN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tarita started their career as a clinical nurse aid instructor at PITC school of nursing in 2001 and worked there until 2006. From 2003 to 2006, they served as an MDS Coordinator at Extendicare Health Services, Inc. Tarita then joined American health foundation as an Admissions coordinator and Nurse case manager from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Tarita joined NewCourtland Senior Services as a nurse case manager and later became a Community Nurse Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they also took on the role of a Home Care Manager at Courtland at Home from 2015 to 2020.

In 2015, Tarita joined Skyline Home as a Home Care Nurse, where they worked until 2022. Tarita also started their own training corporation called Hands on Hands LLC in 2015, where they served as the Owner and Operator. This corporation specialized in training healthcare professionals and the general public in CPR, First Aid, and AED.

Most recently, Tarita worked as the Resident Care Director at WATERMARK RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES BLUE BELL PLACE from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Health Services at Sunshine Retirement Living, which they started in 2022.

Tarita then shifted their focus to administration, attending Temple University in 2014 where they obtained their degree in Personal Care Home Administration, specifically specializing in Personal Care Home Administration. Most recently, in 2021, Tarita attended Penn State University once again and obtained a degree as an Assisted Living Administrator. Through their education history, Tarita has displayed a commitment to expanding their skills and knowledge in both healthcare and administration, positioning herself as a valuable asset in any related field.
