Dave Kleiman

David Kleiman is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and General Counsel at Sunstates Security since September 2017, David manages the legal affairs and compliance requirements of the organization while drafting and negotiating contracts. Prior to this, David held the position of Associate Manager Benefits Compliance at Mondelēz International, overseeing US and Canadian benefits compliance functions. Experience also includes serving as a Client Manager at Aon Hewitt, providing consultation to Fortune 500 companies, and practicing law as Of Counsel at Whiting Law Group, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice cases. David began legal career as an attorney at the Law Office of David R. Kleiman, negotiating complex consumer debt issues. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
