James Perry

James Perry possesses extensive experience in safety and security management, currently serving as the Director of Safety and Security at Sunstates Security since August 2025. In addition, James is the Owner of Top Tier Investigations, a company focused on providing comprehensive background checks. Previous roles include Director of Security at Bryant Safety and Security Solutions, where leadership involved overseeing security for a Jewish school, and an Account Manager at Allied Universal, managing numerous client locations and personnel. James has also held positions such as Private Investigator at AHS Security Consulting, Regional Corporate Investigator for United Refining Company, and Vice President at Landmark Harvesting Inc. James’s career began as a Police Officer for the City of Rochester, contributing to law enforcement and training new recruits. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Keuka College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Jamestown Community College.
