Debi Coburn, SHRM-CP, aPHR has a wealth of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Debi has been in the field since 2004, beginning their career at First American Title as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In 2008, they moved to Portland Mechanical Contractors as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In 2012, they moved to Kuni Automotive, A Holman Enterprise, where they held the same position. In 2013, they moved to Holiday Retirement as an Accounts Payable Specialist. In 2015, they moved to WFG National Title Insurance Company, where they held the positions of Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Corporate Accountant. In 2020, they moved to Garrett Hemann Robertson P.C. as a Human Resources Specialist and then to Bob's Red Mill as a Covid Management Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to Sunstone Circuits as a Human Resources Manager.

Debi Coburn, SHRM-CP, aPHR obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Human Resources from Portland State University - School of Business between 2015 and 2018. Debi has also obtained additional certifications from SHRM, LinkedIn, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, including SHRM-CP, Crisis Communication for HR, Human Resources: Protecting Confidentiality, Introduction to Employee Relations, Administrative Human Resources, Business Etiquette: Phone, Email, and Text, Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees, and aPHR.
