Mike Biggee is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sunstone Partners. Mike currently serves as a Board Director of Avertium, Med Tech Solutions, NetSPI, and ProgenyHealth.
Prior to founding Sunstone Partners, Mike was a Managing Director at Trident Capital, which he joined in 2005. Prior to Trident, Mike worked with a New York-based private equity firm specializing in technology and services investments. Mike started his career in the technology investment banking group at Merrill Lynch.
Mike’s prior investments include AlienVault (acquired by AT&T), Arxan Technologies (acquired by TA Associates), BlueCat (acquired by Madison Dearborn), Fruition Partners (acquired by CSC), Onica (acquired by Rackspace®), Solera Networks (acquired by Blue Coat), Tablus (acquired by EMC) and Voltage Security (acquired by HP).
An east coast native, Mike earned a BS and master’s degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
