Heather Honstein

Heather Honstein, MSN, RN, currently serves as a Research Associate at Sunstone Therapies since November 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Clinical Research Coordinator leading the Psycho-Oncology Program at Maryland Oncology Hematology from November 2020 to December 2021, and serving as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Nurse in the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit at MedStar Washington Hospital Center from September 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Heather has a background in yoga, having held positions such as Yoga Instructor and Teacher Trainer at Yoga District, LLC and Executive Director at Yoga Activist. Heather's education includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, a BA in International Development & Economics from Tulane University, and ongoing studies for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate at George Mason University.
