McKinley Anderson

McKinley Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

McKinley started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Pokegama Golf Course in 2013, where they provided exceptional customer service.

In 2015, they joined Pokegama Grill as a Bartender and Waitress, demonstrating their ability to multitask and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

McKinley then served as a Summer Intern at Woodland Bank in 2015, gaining exposure to the banking industry.

In 2016, they took on multiple roles at the University of St. Thomas, including Cashier at Summit Marketplace and Admissions Tour Guide, showcasing their versatility and communication skills.

Following that, they worked as a Cashier Customer Service at General Sports in 2017, further honing their customer service skills.

From 2018 onwards, McKinley joined NorthMarq, starting as an Intern and transitioning into roles as a Loan Portfolio Analyst I and II. During their time there, they analyzed business processes, implemented technology solutions, and acted as a liaison between the business and IT departments.

Most recently, they worked at SunStream Business Services as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for overseeing product development and ensuring efficient processes.

Throughout their work experience, McKinley has consistently demonstrated their adaptability, strong communication skills, and dedication to delivering excellent results.

McKinley Anderson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they attended Grand Rapids High School from 2011 to 2015. Outside of their formal education, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" in January 2023, "Using Power BI with Excel" in January 2023, and "Excel: Power Query for Beginners" in November 2022.
