Michael Brooke

Michael Brooke has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sunstream Corp since January 2021. Prior to this, they established their own company called Cottage Industry Consulting LLC in January 2020, where they work closely with small to mid-size manufacturing companies, developing customized solutions to enhance their efficiency and productivity and transforming management culture.

Before starting their own consulting firm, Michael served as the Director of Engineering at Frontier Door & Cabinet, LLC from May 2018 to January 2020. From December 2015 to November 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Rustica Hardware.

Additionally, Michael has had extensive experience at digEcor, Inc., where they held various roles over a period of several years. These positions included Vice President of Global Operations (July 2014 to October 2015), Director of Repair and Logistics (September 2013 to June 2014), Global Production and Repair Manager (June 2010 to September 2013), Production and Repair Manager (January 2008 to June 2010), and Production Manager (August 2007 to January 2008).

Prior to their tenure at digEcor, Inc., Michael worked as a Quality Manager at Powder River Inc from December 2006 to August 2007. Michael also served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Flexible Molding International from April 2006 to December 2006, and as a Tool Designer at Precorp, Inc. from November 2004 to April 2006.

Michael Brooke completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University, which they attended from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Mechanical Drafting from San Joaquin Delta College, where they studied from 2001 to 2002.
