Andrew Sucis has over 10 years of work experience in engineering roles. Andrew began their career in 2011 as a Design Engineer at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, where they were responsible for design and product development activities for a range of high-pressure systems and products for industrial, maritime, and aerospace applications. In 2014, they joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Project Engineer, where they developed and qualified novel, innovative composite aircraft fuel system components, supported the introduction of a £11m capital investment composite fuel pipe production line, and managed requirements and product development of a first-of-a-kind hydraulic aircraft component. In 2016, they joined Dearman as a Lead Project Engineer, where they led system engineering and product development activities from concept through to field trial validation and production, was responsible for developing key features of a new Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU), and managed all testing activities to demonstrate product performance against competitors. Most recently, in 2020, they became Co-Founder & COO of Sunswap.

Andrew Sucis obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester between 2006 and 2010. Andrew also attended The Crossley Heath Grammar School. In 2016, they obtained a Chartered Engineer certification from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
