Jaide Marlow

Jaide Marlow has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Jaide most recently worked at Sunswap as a Programme Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Project Manager at BAE Systems from 2019 to 2023. From 2014 to 2019, Jaide worked at McLaren Automotive Ltd, where they held the role of Project Engineer - Body Exterior. Jaide'sresponsibilities included technical project management, supplier management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving. Jaide also gained experience in engineering electro/mechanical systems and advanced driver training. Before McLaren, Jaide worked at Ford Motor Company from 2010 to 2014, first as a Structural Design Engineer and later as an Integration Engineer. At Ford, they were responsible for underbody content and coordinating interim design solutions. Jaide also led the commercial vehicle body engineering team and prepared technical papers for program reviews. In 2007, Jaide had a placement as a Quality Engineer at BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd, where they conducted testing, analysis, and problem-solving in the Validation of Interior, Driver Environment, and Electrical Analysis department.

Jaide Marlow pursued a BEng degree in Motorsport Engineering (Hons) from Kingston University for a duration of four years, starting in 2005 and completing in 2009.
