Senior Development Enginner at Sunswap

Namruta Kanianthara has a diverse work experience. Namruta is currently a Development Engineer at Sunswap since 2021. Prior to this, they were a Researcher at UTB from 2017 to 2021, where they developed and implemented data acquisition software in LabVIEW to enable real-time data logging and analysis of an off-grid solar panel system. Namruta also modelled PV systems on MATLAB/Simulink for performance analysis and improved energy yield, as well as designed PV systems on PVSyst. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Course Representative at the School of Engineering, University of Warwick. Namruta was also a Committee Member for One World Week at the University of Warwick from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, they were a Junior Intern at NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd.

Namruta Kanianthara obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in 2015. Namruta then went on to receive their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Energy and Power Engineering from the same university in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Jerudong International School from 2002 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained their Open Water Diver certification from PADI.
