Arun K N

Arun K N has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Arun started their career at Infosys in 2008 as a Systems Engineer Trainee and later held the roles of Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer. At Infosys, they gained experience in system engineering and developed their technical skills.

In 2013, Arun joined SunTec Business Solutions as a Solution Analyst, where they were responsible for process adherence, requirement gathering, and agile/scrum methodologies. Arun also participated in story grooming and planning, client interactions, and process designing and documentation. Additionally, they collaborated with development teams to coordinate and guide their activities.

In 2017, Arun was promoted to the position of Project Lead, Global Support at SunTec Business Solutions. In this role, they managed production support, incident management, SIT/UAT support, and release management. Arun successfully led global support projects and ensured the efficient resolution of issues.

From 2018 to 2021, Arun served as the Support Manager, Global Support at SunTec Business Solutions. Arun continued to oversee support management activities, including production support, incident management, SIT/UAT support management, and release management.

Most recently, in April 2021, Arun transitioned to the role of Project Manager, Global Delivery at SunTec Business Solutions. In this position, they are responsible for managing projects on a global scale, ensuring successful project delivery, and overseeing the delivery team.

Throughout their career, Arun has demonstrated a strong technical skill set, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Arun K N completed their high school education at GDEMS in Guruvayoor from 1990 to 2004. Arun obtained the AISCE certification in the field of Science during this time. Following that, from 2004 to 2008, Arun pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology in Kalady, Kerala.

In addition to their formal education, Arun K N also obtained two certifications. In October 2019, they completed the "AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition)" course offered by Amazon. Then, in February 2020, they obtained the "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" certification from Scrum Alliance.
