Kavya Girija

Kavya Girija has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Kavya currently holds the position of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at SunTec Business Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at SunTec Business Solutions from September 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining SunTec Business Solutions, Kavya worked at UST from November 2017 to August 2021. During their time at UST, they held the role of Talent Acquisition and was responsible for understanding and analyzing hiring requirements, designing recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment reports.
