Sasitharan A began their work experience in 2005 as an Implementation Engineer at SunTec Business Solutions. Sasitharan held this role until May 2010 when they were promoted to Senior Implementation Engineer. In 2011, they joined RBS Bank as a Business Analyst.

Sasitharan A completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from AMSEC, attending the institution from 2000 to 2004.
