Suresh Rao

Suresh Rao is the current Chief Financial Officer at SunTec Business Solutions. Suresh has previously worked as the Group CFO for Mindteck India Ltd from September 2009 to May 2012 and as VP - Finance for Subex Systems Ltd from February 2004 to April 2008.

Rao has extensive experience in finance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and compliances with regulatory environments. Suresh has been instrumental in 5-6 overseas acquisitions of significant scale and has invaluable experience with funding and listing compliances overseas.

Rao is a highly skilled and experienced financial professional who has a proven track record of success in various finance roles. Suresh is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, both of which have served him well in their career. Rao is a trusted advisor and leader within the finance industry, and they are respected for their knowledge and experience.

Suresh Rao has a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Diploma in International Finance from ACCA, and a Certified Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Suresh also has an ICWA Intermediate from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Suresh Rao reports to Nanda Kumar, Founder & CEO. They work with Satish Chandran - President, Global Head – Demand Fulfilment Group, Prakash P Nair - Vice President – Human Resources & Knowledge Management and Talent Development, and Amit Dua - President and Global Head – Client Facing Groups.
