Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson is an experienced professional in business analytics and management, currently serving as the Director of Business Analytics at Suntec Concrete since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Avenue5 Residential from March 2016 to June 2023, including Sr. Manager of Performance Analytics and Sr. Manager of IT & Reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Finance and Information Systems Reporting and Analyst at American Residential Properties, Inc. from May 2013 to February 2016, where Matthew developed dashboards and reporting metrics for senior management. Matthew began their career as a Logistics Specialist at Globaltranz in early 2013. Educationally, Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, also holding an Associate of Arts from Paradise Valley Community College.
