Sunteck Realty Limited was founded in the year 2000 by Mr. Kamal Khetan, a first generation entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Mr.Khetan brings on board his unique vision, management practices and global approach to the functioning, expansion, diversification and management of the organization. As an integral part of the key management, he manages a portfolio spanning across residential, commercial and iconic landmarks in Mumbai city. With passion for business, Mr.Khetan is involved in the formulation of corporate strategy and acquisition, while providing guidance on execution and diversification plans of the company.

Under his Leadership, Sunteck Realty has managed to develop a portfolio, catering to the ultra-Luxurious and Premium segment of over 30 mn sq.ft spread across over 25 projects, 4 rented assets and pioneered in brand tie-ups with international. With a natural flair in realty, combined with an astute sense of Finance and Management, his foresight has enabled the 'Sunteck Brand' to create a niche for itself in the industry.

His vision is depicted in being the foremost to have anticipated an opportunity in the premium residential space of 4 acres in India's most promising commercial hub - Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. These high end properties of BKC play host to the top business honchos making it one of the most prestigious and iconic project in the country. Mr.Khetan has also identified places like Goregaon & Airoli and invested to develop spaces to cater the needs of the customers. In Goregaon, Sunteck has acquired 23 acres of land while in Airoli which is considered as the new financial hub of Navi Mumbai, Sunteck has already successfully delivered a residential project and launched another recently. Mr. Khetan holds the position of Honorary Consul of the Hashmite Kingdom of Jordan for Mumbai. He is on the Council of Governors board of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA), Advisory committee of NARDECO and FRICS (Fellow of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
