Prescilla Elias

Prescilla Elias currently serves as the VP, Associate General Counsel at Suntex Marinas and as an Adjunct Professor at UNT Dallas College of Law. With a robust legal background, Prescilla previously held roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at At Home Group Inc. and as a Corporate Attorney focusing on Commercial Transactions at Toyota North America. Experience also includes legal internships and clerkships at organizations such as Texas General Counsel Forum, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, and Deleon Law Group PC. Prescilla earned a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Economics from The University of Texas at Arlington.
