Director, Global Consumer Insights - American Whiskey at Suntory Global Spirits

Michele Alisa is a seasoned professional in consumer insights with extensive experience in the spirits and beverage industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Consumer Insights for American Whiskey at Jim Beam Suntory Global Spirits since February 2024, Michele previously held the same position for the Tequila Portfolio at Beam Suntory from September 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that role, Michele worked at Pernod Ricard USA as the Consumer Insights Lead, overseeing brands such as Jameson and Martell from October 2015 to September 2021. Michele's career also includes significant roles at PepsiCo, where various positions were held from February 2009 to September 2015, including Insights Director for Away From Home Innovation. Michele began professional endeavors at Forest Laboratories as a Market Research Manager from April 2008 to February 2009. Michele holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vassar College.
