Rei Fukuda

Rei Fukuda possesses extensive experience in corporate development and strategic transformation within the spirits and beverage industries. At Suntory Global Spirits from September 2018 to April 2023, Rei led corporate development and venture capital initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and enhancing portfolio management. Prior roles included directing EPMO and Strategic Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed orchestrating key projects, and leading strategic initiatives for inorganic growth as Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. Earlier experience at Suntory Beverage & Food involved global business development, while financial expertise was honed at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, focusing on M&A transactions in the consumer goods sector. Rei holds a Doctor of Law degree from Keio University, completed in 2008.
