Nguyen Xuan Diem

Nguyen Xuan Diem is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Operations Excellence and Capability Development Director at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage since August 2018. Previously held positions include QC Manager and Food Safety Consultant at Peterson Services Vietnam Co.,Ltd from February 2017 to July 2018, and Food Safety Consultant at Peterson - onepeterson.com from June 2016 to January 2017, where responsibilities involved developing and implementing food safety systems compliant with standards such as FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, and Organic. Additionally, Nguyen Xuan Diem served as QA Manager at Betrimex Vietnam from June 2012 to June 2016, overseeing quality management across multiple factories and laboratories in adherence to various international standards. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, completed in 2009.
