Bruce McNamara

Bruce McNamara has a wide range of work experience in the legal field. Bruce started their career as an Associate at Latham and Watkins in 1990, and then moved on to Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP as an Associate from 1991 to 1993. From 1993 to 2003, they worked as a Partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Following that, they joined Perkins Coie LLP as a Partner from 2003 to 2013. After their time at Perkins Coie, they worked at Haynes and Boone, LLP as a Partner from 2013 to 2015. Bruce then transitioned to the role of Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Sunverge Energy, Inc. in 2015, where they currently work. In 2019, they returned to Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Bruce McNamara attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1980 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, from 1986 to 1990, they completed their Juris Doctor degree at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During the same period, they also pursued an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, specializing in Finance, which they completed in 1990.
