Dmytro Kachmar is a seasoned recruitment professional with experience in IT recruitment and staff augmentation. Dmytro started as a Recruitment Consultant at Sunvery from December 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included creating job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and client relationship management. Currently, Dmytro serves as Co-Owner and Team Lead at Sunvery since January 2020, focusing on providing Recruitment and EOR services across the US, UK, Canadian, and European markets. Dmytro holds an educational background from Lviv Polytechnic National University from 2015 to 2017.
