Matt Neumann

Matt Neumann is an accomplished CEO and business partner with extensive experience in residential development, home building, and renewable solar energy. Since 2004, Matt has led Neumann Companies, Inc., driving strategic initiatives for growth within a family of companies dedicated to these sectors. As CEO of Neumann Developments, Inc., Matt oversaw the development of nearly 4,000 lots across more than 4,000 acres and the construction of over 40 miles of road in Wisconsin, while preserving significant green space. Additionally, Matt serves as a business partner in Halen Homes, Harbor Homes of Wisconsin, SunVest Solar, Inc., and Tim O'Brien Homes, contributing to innovative, affordable housing solutions and renewable energy projects. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Marquette University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
