Caroline Collins

Caroline Collins, M.Ed., currently serves as the Director of Customer Onboarding and Implementation at Sunwave, overseeing enterprise software implementation in behavioral health and substance use. With extensive experience in project management and training, Caroline has previously held leadership roles at Origins Behavioral HealthCare, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Project Manager, where strategic systems and processes were developed and managed. Earlier roles at the Hanley Center and DACCO, Inc. focused on recovery support and outpatient services. Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
