Kathy Barta

Kathy Barta serves as the Director of Human Resources at Sunway Group since 2018, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, as well as overseeing recruitment and selection processes. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Bubela & Associates, Bubela Farm & Ranch from April 2011 to 2017. Kathy holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
