Pei Wen Cheong

Pei Wen Cheong is an accomplished professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Sunway Group since July 2021, after progressing from a Senior Executive role in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group from August 2018 to June 2021, where Pei Wen contributed to recruiting for the Consumer Goods Division. In leadership roles within AIESEC in Malaysia, Pei Wen facilitated numerous volunteering and internship opportunities for youth. Additionally, Pei Wen co-founded a social entrepreneurship project during a stint at McKinsey & Company and gained experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Teach For Malaysia. Early professional experience includes teaching as a temporary educator at SJK(C) Khai Chee. Pei Wen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, obtained in 2018.
