A diverse background includes roles such as Manager of Learning and Development at Hong Leong Group, Learning Reimagineer at Elementrix, and Instructional Technologist at Tack TMI. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Sunway University and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
