They have worked at Sunway Group as a Corporate Communications Manager and Assistant Manager, and at Bermaz Auto Berhad as a PR & Media Communications Assistant Manager. Shaowen managed all communications for Bermaz Motor, the sole distributor of Mazda cars in Malaysia. They graduated from Monash University with a degree in Business Marketing.
