Chew Chin Su has extensive experience in human resources and nursing, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Sunway Medical Centre since March 2007, focusing on industrial relations, talent assessments, staff performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of HR, Education Coordinator, and Staff Nurse cum Technical Coordinator, where responsibilities ranged from conducting training, developing clinical courses, to overseeing critical care equipment. Prior to Sunway Medical Centre, Chew held a position as Staff Nurse cum CI at Sibu Medical Centre, where clinical attachments and student training were managed. Chew holds a degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Greenwich and a diploma in Nursing from Sibu nursing college.
