Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the organic products industry, compliance, and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care products. Concurrently, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Between November 2017 and November 2019, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics and the history of food.
