Chad Canter

Chad Canter is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Utah Market President at Sunwest Bank since December 2014, where responsibilities include leading economic and community development initiatives and managing a broad spectrum of financial services throughout Utah. Prior to this role, Chad held positions at Wells Fargo as Principal Relationship Manager, focusing on mid-size to large businesses, and at Bank of the West as VP of Private Banking, providing wealth management and innovative financial solutions to high net worth clients. Additional experience includes serving as V.P. of Executive Banking at Zions Bank, managing relationships for affluent clientele, and regional sales trainer at US Bank, where sales strategies and training were developed. Chad holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from the University of Utah.
