Kim Quirk

Kim Quirk is an experienced leader currently serving as President and CEO of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities include overseeing the chamber's activities and representing the Richardson business community. As Executive Director of Leadership Richardson, Quirk facilitates a development program focused on community stewardship. Quirk also acts as a Senior Advisor at Sunwest Communications, providing strategic counsel in various areas, and has held leadership roles on multiple City of Richardson boards, including Vice Chair of the Civil Service Board and Vice Chair of the Cultural Arts Commission. Previous positions include Director of Public Affairs at Texas Instruments and Manager of Marketing Communications at Raytheon. Quirk holds a BFA in Journalism from Southern Methodist University and has further education in several leadership programs.
