Prior experience includes various roles at CBI Health Group from July 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities ranged from payroll team lead to payroll support analyst, and payroll administrator. At Aon Hewitt, from November 2009 to April 2014, Shawn conducted complex payroll investigations and processed full-cycle payroll for 30,000 employees. Previous roles at Fidelity Investments included customer service associate positions in both human resources and benefits, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and HR support. Shawn holds a degree from Centennial College.
