Drew Anderson

Drew Anderson possesses extensive experience in both psychology and emergency services. As a captain at Delmar Fire Department since 2010, Drew has held various roles, including firefighter and lieutenant. Additionally, Drew serves as the owner and principal at QOL Consulting LLC, which focuses on reducing burnout and enhancing well-being across multiple industries. Since 2015, Drew has been the Behavioral Health Director and lieutenant at Delmar-Bethlehem EMS. In the realm of psychology, Drew is a clinical psychologist at HPA/LiveWell Albany and an associate professor of psychology at the University at Albany-SUNY, where also serves as the director of clinical training. Drew earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Louisiana State University and a B.A. in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
