Erin L. Delaney

Erin L. Delaney serves as the Communications Coordinator at the University at Albany and has held the role of Assistant Director of Outreach and Promotion at the College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering. Additionally, Erin is the Director of Social Media and Publicity for the American Meditation Institute, where significant improvements in social media reach and analytics presentation to leadership have been achieved. Prior experience includes positions as Creative Project Manager at Affinity Media Consulting LLC, Customer Service Representative at the Social Security Administration, and Marketing Communications Manager/Director at Buck Hill Falls Company. Erin has a strong background in marketing, communications, and customer service, complemented by academic roles and educational qualifications including an MA in Creative Writing from Wilkes University and a BA in English Literature and Composition from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Involvement with Toastmasters International is current, enhancing communication skills further.
