Marina Maria Ioanniti, PhD, is a Research Scientist at the University at Albany, SUNY, focusing on silicon technology research, including anode development and quality testing. Previous experience includes serving as a Battery Engineer at Sionic Energy, where research centered on next-generation lithium-silicon batteries, and as a Sr. Research Engineer at Soelect Inc, with a focus on lithium metal anode modifications and NMC cathode development. Marina also worked as a Research Analyst at Cloud and Things, leveraging expertise in clean energy and energy storage to develop innovative digital twin solutions.
