Marlena McNamee

Marlena McNamee has over 15 years of experience in advancement operations and fundraising within educational institutions. Currently, Marlena serves as the Director of Advancement Operations at the University at Albany, SUNY, where responsibilities have included roles such as Senior Assistant to the Vice President for University Advancement and Assistant to the Vice President for University Development since November 2010. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Director of Annual Giving & Alumnae Relations at Emma Willard School from June 2005 to November 2010, and working as an Account Executive at LaForce + Stevens and Susan Magrino Agency. Marlena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Hartford, earned between 1998 and 2002, and attended Emma Willard School from 1994 to 1998.
