Sean Millington

Sean Millington currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Student Assembly of the State University of New York and holds multiple roles at the University at Albany, including University Council Undergraduate Student Representative and University Community Liaison for the Office of Government and Community Relations. Previously, Sean has experience as a Member Service Representative at the Capital District YMCA, a Legislative Intern for Congressman Paul Tonko in the U.S. House of Representatives, and leadership positions in student organizations such as President of the UAlbany College Democrats and Vice President of the UAlbany History Club. Additional experience includes internships with the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Senate, and New York State Assembly. Sean is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History at the University at Albany, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Lansingburgh High School received in June 2022.
