Shawn D. Bushway

Shawn D. Bushway serves as a Professor of Public Administration and Policy at the University at Albany, SUNY, since August 2006, while also holding the position of Senior Policy Researcher (Adjunct) at The RAND Corporation since September 2019. Bushway earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Economy and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1996, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Math and Social Science from the University of Notre Dame between 1985 and 1989.
