Mary Jones, BSW, CT has extensive work experience in the field of hospice and palliative care. Mary started their career in 1995 as a Hospice Social Worker at Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, where they provided support to patients and their families until 1997. In 1994, they worked as a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator at the same organization.

From 1997 to 2013, Mary served as the Hospice Bereavement Coordinator at Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, where they provided counseling and support to individuals who had lost a loved one.
