Dan B. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dan started their career as a Sports Broadcaster at WEOS Radio in 2000 and later joined WPDM Radio in 2002 for the same role. In 2010, they joined SUNY Potsdam as an Assistant Sports Information Director before being promoted to Director of Athletic Communications in 2011. Dan also worked as a Graduate Student at SUNY Cortland in 2009 and as a Compliance and Educational Services Intern at the College of William and Mary in 2010. Dan briefly worked at NFL Films as a Hard Knocks 2010 Production Assistant. Prior to their sports career, they worked as a Social Studies Teacher at the Cortland City School District from 2004 to 2008. Dan also gained experience as a Sports Information Assistant at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2000 to 2002.

Dan also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland.
