Alejandro Vega is a dedicated medical student at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, progressing toward a Doctor of Medicine degree. Previously, Alejandro earned a Master of Science in Biophysics and Physiology from Stony Brook University Graduate School, which is affiliated with the Stony Brook School of Medicine for future enrollment. Alejandro's professional background includes experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at The Mount Sinai Hospital, focusing on systematic light exposure therapy for chemotherapy side effects. Additionally, Alejandro founded a private lacrosse training initiative, providing lessons to youth in the Pittsburgh area, and has held various roles, including caddy at the Pittsburgh Field Club, volunteer with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and extern at esteemed institutions such as the New York State Department of Health and the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Haverford College, while also pursuing a pre-med curriculum.
